Company Founding (2007–2009)

March 2007

Shijiazhuang Hongtai Rubber Co., Ltd. was established. In July of the same year, construction commenced on the Phase I production line with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons.

January 2008

With the project now in operation, high-quality nitrile latex is being supplied internally to the Group, thereby enhancing its core competitiveness.

September 2009

The company is piloting its products in the Southeast Asian market and expanding international sales.

Leading enterprise formation (2009-2015)

December 2009

Construction of the Phase II production line commenced and was completed and put into operation in October 2010.

End of 2013

Construction commenced on the first production line of Phase III, which was completed and put into operation in May 2015.

May 2015

Hongtai Company boasts an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons, elevating its production scale to the top position nationwide.

Striving for Excellence (2015-2020)

2014

Product offerings have been further expanded, with the 108, 608-1, and 608-2 series entering production one after another.

2016

The high-end, acid- and oil-resistant 206 and the promoter-free 501 have entered production, establishing industry-leading product performance.

2018

The high-end 6N-series latex has been successfully developed, further elevating our core competitiveness.

Dragon and Tiger Leap (2020-Present)

June 2020

The First Branch of Shijiazhuang Hongtai Rubber Co., Ltd. was established, and construction commenced on a 180,000-ton-per-year high-end nitrile latex production line.

August 2021

The 180,000-ton-per-year high-end nitrile latex production line has been completed and put into operation, bringing Hongtai Company’s total annual capacity to 240,000 tons.
